Ronald McDonald House Charities Mobile provides a supportive home environment offering care , compassion , and hope to families with seriously ill and injured children being treated at area hospitals .

How long have you been serving the Gulf Coast ?
RMHC Mobile opened its doors in 2000 and has provided a home away from home to nearly 10,500 families .
What is the one thing you want the community to know about your organization ?
RMHC Mobile strives to not only provide a room , but anything a family may need while supporting their seriously ill or injured child as they receive medical treatment at area hospitals . While staying at RMHC Mobile families have full access to a stocked kitchen , laundry facilities , a workout room , and playroom that opens up to an amazing playground . Our motto is “ a home away from home ” because that is what we want to give these families that spend days , weeks or even months at RMHC Mobile while their child receives medical care .
How To Do Some Good :
Our biggest needs always center around our families . Please consider supporting our House in the following ways : Donate : Scan the secure online donation QR Code below . Sponsor a stay at the House through our Share a Night Program or Adopt a Room . Donate items from our Wish List . Follow our # WishListWednesday posts on Facebook . Provide a Meal for the families . Fundraisers : Gather your friends and family to sponsor or support one or all of our fundraisers .

Rubber Ducky Regatta Adopt a duck or duckies for your chance to win fabulous prizes . Thousands of rubber ducks are dumped into the Mobile River where the first 3 ducks to make it to the finish line when a prize . Fun event for the entire family .
Girls Just Wanna Have Fun Ladies only event that includes delicious food , cold drinks , indulgences such as mini manicures , massages and makeup tips . You will want to make sure you purchase a new Purse-onality at this event . You must be 21 years old to attend .
Deck the Doors Purchase a festive light and write a note of encouragement on it . RMHC Mobile will decorate the families doorways with these colorful lights to bring them hope and encouragement throughout the holiday season .
