Our readers are AWESOME!!! You sent us so many super articles that we just had to publish a BONUS issue this year. Yes, we know you are on summer vacation (well, some of you are), but we also know that teachers never stop learning. So… for your summer reading pleasure, we have included articles that will help you get your new year off to a smooth start and give you some fresh ideas for your classroom. We are honored to have articles by ILA Board members Ken Kunz and Laurie Sharp. We appreciate their service to literacy.
