Dear Friends,
functionality and physiology of
the “savant” mind. My cover
story based on one such
extraordinary mind, might just
trigger a touch of curiosity within
the reader.
The intricacies of the
mind and the way it
functions in various
people, have always
fascinated me. The
fact
that
the
physiology of the
brain is the pivotal
force
behind
intelligence,
creativity and some of the
strange manifestations of the
mind,
is
beyond
doubt.
However, the forces that trigger
certain mechanisms of the
mind is where most of the
mystery lies.
On another front, I have now
established a separate section
called the “TMC Quest for
Excellence” where, from time to
time, I would like to publish
stories and articles about
individuals from the global
community, who have skills and
talents in various fields. If you
have something to offer or know
a talented individual, then

about the “savant syndrome”.

mental disability, such as
autism, demonstrates profound
and prodigious capacities or
abilities far in excess of what
would be considered normal”.
