Pete Gardiner is a singer/songwriter
from Northern Ireland inspired by
storytellers like Bruce Springsteen as
well as poets, including Bob Dylan and
Leonard Cohen. He’s spent the last ten
years writing songs and playing them
in bars and clubs around Ireland. Two
years ago he signed a record deal with
NUA Entertainment and quit his full-
time job to relocate to London. Since
then he’s been constantly gigging and in
the recording studio.

S TA R M O M E N T / I enjoyed a very memorable evening at The Sugar
Club in Dublin supporting Charlie Simpson. It was one of my favourite gigs.
P E T N A M E F O R G U I TA R / I didn’t have a pet name until I was asked
this question. Now I’ve decided to call her Donna.
W O R D S O F W I S D O M / You have to put yourself in the hands of the
industry and let the ‘professionals’ take control for a while. It’s the only way
you’ll discover that none of them have a clue.
