Mix 1 pouch of peanut butter cookie mix with 1/3 cup vegetable oil and an egg
until soft dough forms. Press dough in an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan. Sprinkle with your choice of toppings such as candy corn, candy bar pieces and nuts. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle 1 cup miniature marshmallows on top. Bake for another 10-15 minutes until marshmallows are lightly browned and cookie is set at edge. Cool completely in pan. Drizzle 1/3 cup of melted chocolate chips over the top.
Milly's Peanut Butter Cookie Pizza
Q: Since my fiance went away for his training, I've been very carefully placing my box of laundry soap in my window but haven't been getting any action. Is there something I'm missing here, or are the guys just not interested?
- Suds, No Buds
A: You ARE using Tide boxes in your window, correct? No other laundry soap extends the invitation and should not be assumed to "suffice". If you are using the proper detergent, then the problem may be something else. Ensure that the front lawn is unmowed, garbage piled up at the curb, and your children play OUTSIDE the home well into the evenings. These steps will ensure every service member in the vicinity is aware that you're alone, solo-parenting & probably looking for someone to tide you over.
Dear CFWife:
Milly's favourite use for leftover candies? Cookie pizza. You can use any kind of cookie dough, whether made from scratch or from a box, and just add your toppings before baking. Some of Milly's favourite treats for cookie pizzas are hard shelled chocolate candies, minature peanut butter cups, and even crumbled cookies. Have the neighbour drop off a bucket of ice cream when he drops over to shovel the snow out of your driveway for an extra touch of creamy sweetness!
