The Military Wife Apr. 2010 | Page 2

With spring officially here, (finally) many military wives are resigning themselves to do some housekeeping. Over the winter it's easy to let things go for a few months, but once everyone starts crawling out from hibernation and visiting, it's time to get organised, tidy up and plant some bulbs in that little garden under the front window.

So in the spirit of all things spring, it's time to dig. It's not the same as the usual military wife gold-digging, though. No, it's time to dig out rainboots and put away the winter boots. Dig out your kids umbrella, dig for the phone number for CFHA so they can put off fixing the flooded basement. Dig for compliments after so much timein belly-dancing classes, and of course, dig for dirt on all the other wives.

It's Spring! Get sprung!
