Factor 4: Experts point out that the best way to achieve the highest value out of either a sale or a purchase is to hire the absolute best REALTOR ® in your market. They describe these people as those that are highly experienced, able to answer your questions, have professional credentials and know the details of the market, process, and paperwork.
I know it requires considerable expertise and education by the representing agent for both buyers and sellers to understand the reality of value in relation to the sale price. That is one way in which I help provide direct solutions to challenges thereby creating value for my clients.
