BIO
Dr. Fiedler graduated from the University of Central Florida, College of Health and Public Affairs with a study cognate in Health Informatics, earned an M.S. in Operations Management from Kettering University in Flint, MI and received her A.S. in Biomedical Engineering Technology at the Florida State College of Jacksonville, FL. She still professes to be able to loosen clamps on IV poles but has focused instead on health quality policy research to improve military health, community health and fiscal conditions. In addition to two books from her dissertation research, she has published in the International Journal of Pharmaceutical Healthcare and Marketing, the International Journal of Public Policy, Energy Policy, Backgrounder, and in the Proceedings of the Decision Sciences Institute. Her medical malpractice policy research for the James Madison Institute has earned recognition by the US National Center for Policy Analysis for “Ideas Changing the World”. She currently resides in Jacksonville, FL with her cat—Skinny Diva.
