You See: An oxygen tank.
META Sees: An unsecured compressed oxygen
cylinder that can easily be knocked over and a
missing protective cap that must be secured to
prevent damage to the main valve when not inuse. The cylinder must be chained or strapped
down otherwise these become dangerous projectiles that can cause injury or death.
You See: A red wall receptacles (outlets)
META Sees: A ―red‖ outlet designated
for ―Emergency Power use‖ that means
should a temporary loss of power occurs
then only this outlet will remain ―live‖ and
operating on emergency generator
power.
You See:
An otoscope.
META Sees: A
piece of medical
equipment falling
off the wall that
can cause injury
to staff or patients. A work
order must be
submitted to reattach the device
to the wall.
You See: A couple wall receptacles (outlets)
META Sees: Two 15-Amp receptacles without
installed child protective devices. These clear
plastic outlet covers must be used within the following departments: Pediatrics, Psychiatrists or
Mental Health Dept, Patient Waiting Areas, and/
or any other departments that would have children present or playing.
