Practise repeating the name of God
along with your heartbeat or pulse
every night for at least seven days.
You should feel the name of God
entering your heart. If you do not feel
this phenomenon instantly, practise
repeating the divine mantra along with
your heart beats daily.
Within seven days, you should experience your
heart repeating the name of the Lord by itself.
This is an indication that God has accepted you
for this path. If you do not feel the name of the
Lord entering your heart within this time, call
