Private Events
Hello Members,
Hopefully you have seen all the exciting events that have been happening at the club--big weddings,
anniversary parties, golf tournaments, corporate meetings, birthday parties, and more. Make sure you
check out our Facebook page, Wedding Wire, and Trip Advisor for some beautiful pictures and
fantastic feedback.
There are still dates and spaces open to host events in 2017 and I would love to work with you to plan
your perfect party.
Here are the top 5 most common questions and answers about hosting an event at The Meadows:
1. Do you need be a member to book an event?
-No, you do not need to be a member to book a private event. All the spaces are available to host a
private party for both members and non-members.
2. Are there Food and Beverage Minimums and Room Rental Fees for events?
-There are food and beverage minimums, but they vary pending space and time. There are room rental
fees, but if you are a member hosting an event, you always get the privilege of that fee being waived.
3. How far in advance should I book my event?
-We get booked up quickly in season with member events and private events. It is always good to try to
book it in advance to make sure we will have the date available for you.
4. Are these the only food and beverage menus?
-We are happy to customize menus and cocktail packages if there is something you are looking for that
you do not see.
5. Are you related to the Detwiler Farmer’s Market?
-Unfortunately, I have no relation to the Detwiler Farmer’s Market, although I wish I did.

guests.
