not a fan of the company's OEM brakes that is made by Tektro.
For a price package of RM2,800, I'd say that KHS has given it's customers the best in value. But the brakes would certainly go if one demands for quality.
The F-20 comes with a few variants.
More popular, is the 18-speed and the 27-speed version.
With such a wide gear range, you will have the torque to tackle hilly places as well as the flat areas for long-hauls.
But if you wish to set up the bike for touring rides, you might eventually hit a snag.
The bike could not accept third-party luggage racks.
You might have to get them directly from KHS and to solve this issue, some cyclists had gone to the extreme by taking a trip to bike shops in Taipei, Taiwan.
The KHS F-20 can be found in most bike shops in the Klang Valley.
To see it up close, head to My Bicycle Shop in BU 4, Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya.
