Allah (swt) tells us in this verse
and in the following verses about
the system of divine supremacy,
a commandment from Allah
(swt) which has salvation for
mankind
"Indeed, We sent down the
Torah, in which was guidance
and light", it also contains the
divine ruling, and with this book
comes Al-Qaim (as) who Allah
(swt) has Chosen as His successor
on His earth to rule in what
Allah (swt) has commanded.
"The prophets who submitted
[to Allah ] judged by it", and
to take people to the right path,
the path which they were
assigned to follow. Not only the
prophets are those who rule
according to the commands and
provisions of Allah (swt), but the

and scholars" those who were
mentioned and assigned by Allah
(swt) with what He Entrusted

which they were entrusted of
the Scripture of Allah and
they were witnesses thereto."
The verses warn those who work
outside this system that on the
Judgment Day they shall be
classified as disbelievers who are
despaired from the mercy of
Allah (swt). "And whoever does
not judge by what Allah has
revealed - then it is those who
are the disbelievers."
Certainly, a lot of people do not

supremacy, not because it is hard
to apply its verdicts, because even
the corrupt and drunk Yazeed
(la) would punish the ones who
drank alcohol by these verdicts.
Rather what is difficult for them
is obedience to Allah (swt) and
His successor in the earth. That
was indicated by Al-Hussain (as)
when he clarified his reason to
leave Al-Madina and go to AlKufa, “I neither set out for
evil nor for no purpose. I
neither set out as an
oppressor nor a corruptor. I
rather set out to request
reformation in the nation of
my grandfather the
Messenger of Allah (saw), so I
command good and forbid
evil.”
And commanding good and
forbidding evil here is
establishing the Supremacy of
Allah (swt), and not in the
context of applying the verdic
