The Importance of an Awakened
heart to recognize the Awaited
Caller
By: Yasmine Fatemi
In the name of Allah the Exhalted, the Most High,
the Beneficient the Intensely Merciful.
As Salaam un Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa
Barakatu Ya Imam e Zaman Ya Adriknii!
Allah humma sale'Allah Muhammadin wa'ale
Muhammad Wal aemma wal mahdiyeen wasalim
tasleemun katheera
May the eternal Blessings of Allah (swt) be upon
Muhammad (pbuh) and his Progeny, The Ahul Bayt,
The Imams and The Mahdis (as)
Praise be to Allah, Lord of all Creation, The
Compassionate, the Merciful, King of Judgment
Day!
You alone we worship, and to You alone we pray for
help.
Guide us to the straight path, The path of those
whom You have favoured, Not of those who have
incurred Your wrath, Nor of those who have gone
astray.

O' Allah my Lord and Master the Most High, the
Beloved and Feared of those hearts which are
awake, and those who hear, make my pen an
instrument of your word and my tongue utter what
is pleasing to you only and make the Me non
existent in this unworthy servant of yours;
before God. Everything else comes second place to
his own ego.

recognize the Awaited Caller
This includes; all desires of the body, weaknesses
coming from uncontrolled desires and self will, like
sexual desires or the need to be praised and
glorified by others for self gratification.
Imam Jafar Ibn Muhammad As-Sadiq (AS) said: "A
time will come when Muslims will not recognize
their Imam …"…He said (AS), "Should that
happen, hold on to the first one until the other
becomes known to you." Al-Ghaybah (Occultation)

"Be humble since humility is in the heart" Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)
The 'False Ego' vs the heart of the 'True Self'
A narcissist is only aware of his own needs and
desires and puts himself before others and even
So the Narcissistic ego is directly opposed to our
spiritual nature, it contains all tendencies and vices
that are in direct conflict with our spiritual nature.
Understand, Oh Reader, the ego self is the most
unintelligent, misguided part of our nature and
most easily manipulated by shaitan (the accursed).
It is the dominion of the spoiled child that can never
be satisfied but only for a moment.
As a baby, our only desire was for food and comfort,
i.e. basic survival instinct, when we grow up,
desires become more complex, we reach an age
where we seek the approval of others, i.e social
desires, which is an endless highway of status
seeking and vanity.
