The Blessed Personality was at such
a degree of nearness to Allah (swt)
that she suffices as a role-model for
all the females who attempt to be
Muslim. The observing of Hijab, the
kindness and taking care of her
father, the tender submission to her
husband, the motherly instruction
to her children and the guarding
against evil that is found in Sayyida
Fatima (a.s) has never been seen in
any other lady to the same
magnitude. Sayyida Fatima (a.s)
teaches women piety and chastity
by her merciful sayings and the
sayings regarding her:
The Prophet (s.a.w) said, “On the
Day of Judgment, a caller will call
out, ‘lower your gaze until Fatima
has passed.” Kenz Al-Omal, v. 13, p.

The martyrdom of Sayyida Fatima
(a.s) is extremely tragic and painful,
may Allah (swt) have Mercy on the
soul who cries over the Shahadat of
the daughter of Muhammad (s.a.w),
Sayyida Fatima (a.s). Sayyida
Fatima (s.a), after her father, the
Prophet (s.a.w) was Shaheed, had
her right snatched from her of
inheritance. This was done by a
group of disloyal companions and is
mentioned in Hadith of the Shia and
Sunni. She claimed her right, but as
a result disloyal companions came
to her house and knocked the door
down. The nail of the door caused
an injury, while Sayyida Fatima (a.s)
was expecting a son who had been
named “Mohsin”. This injury
caused Sayyida Fatima (a.s) great
pain and caused Mohsin (a.s) to be
martyred while still in the womb.
This injury caused the martyrdom
of Sayyida Fatima (a.s), while Imam
Ali (a.s), to prevent Fitna, grasped
the reigns of patience and
submission and did not avenge his
dear wife, and we await the Rise of
the Qa’em (a.s), for vengeance to
occur.
