this year, the THON fundraising event raised a total of $13.3 million for the children's hospital. phi gamma nu placed number one in fundraising among business organizations on campus and second in general organizations. the fundraising team also broke their own personal record for the fraternity. most importantly, students have seen the real impact their fundraising has made on the lives of their own 'adopted' phi gamma nu families.

The phi gamma nu members at university of pennsylvania delta lamba chapter are taking their professional development program to the next level. rather than rely on company presentations and resume critiques to advance their professional knowledge, each spring, the students organize the school's largest student-organized internship fair. typically, over 300 students attend the fair and meet with 20 - 25 companies ranging from glaxosmithkline, google, boston consulting group, kmpg, and goldman sachs... just to name a few.

the chapter has had up to 750 students attend the event, which bolsters phi gamma nu's reputation on campus as well as with recruiters. (see photo below)

Recruiting is the lifeblood of any chapter and nationally , the chapter presidents and the national council have made a huge effort to share best-in-class recruiting tactics and tools. under the leadership of chapter president, matthew mccullough the indiana university of pennsylvania gamma xi chapter had their best rush in several seasons, with a 26% increase in bid acceptances.
