Not a week goes by that scientific sites and magazines do not publish new information on black holes. In recent years, billions of information have been collected by terrestrial and space telescopes and the difficulty is not reading, but choosing information that has not been subjected to various types of interference. For this reason, scientists have created special programs, also based on Artificial Intelligence, but very often the sight of man is still fundamental to distinguish data not influenced by interference. These interferences can be of many types: microscopic misalignment of the optics, background noise, apparatus noise due to a multitude of factors. For this reason, some sites, including zooniverse.org, are asking citizens for help in analyzing the data collected by telescopes. The undersigned has collaborated as a "citizen scientist" in analyzing data on supermassive black holes and gravitational waves.
In this article we will talk about the latest scientific discoveries on black holes and, for further information, I refer you to specific sites.
