Transformation
Art enables transience through entropic science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) conditioning which, if continued, ultimately will destroy us. Plato described a sentient Cosmos. As such the Cosmos feels and responds to outside information thus entropically-minded science, technology, engineering, and mathematics imposes entropic information upon the Cosmos resulting in our demise.
In the education field, art is now being woven through the content areas of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Consequently, these content areas are now described by the acronym STEAM where the ‘A’ refers to ‘Art’. This leap forward in education is encouraging especially when considered in terms of Art leading to Renaissance and ultimately Transformation in the content areas of STEM.
