Born in New Zealand 7th September 1943, and with highly conscious parents
who spoke freely of platonic philosophy and more,
Madeleine Rose Frampton Cobb still
follows a very independant and self employed career from her very earliest
childhood determination to be an artist. Entirely self taught, this led to a life of
travel and adventure, privately carrying out major portraits, landscapes,
horses, animal portraits and machinery at work, murals, cartoons and wildlife
in any medium wanted for some of the top landowners, businesses, Council
collections and various prominent people of Australia and New Zealand. She
came to Australia in 1978 with her young family.
