When considering the fundamentals of established scientific beliefs, it is a mistake to consider that tribal science is separated from religious convictions with its requirement for blind faith in dogmas of the established authorities. The Nobel Laureate, Bertrand Russell extolled the worship of extinction belonging to Einstein’s understanding of the Second Law of Thermodynamics. He wrote that “The Second Law of Thermodynamics makes it scarcely possible to doubt that the universe is running down, and that ultimately nothing of the slightest interest will be possible anywhere” (Russell, B., 1902-14). Russell’s beliefs led to
his "A Free Man's Worship" (first published as ‘The Free Man's Worship’ in Dec. 1903). It is considered to be Bertrand Russell's best known and most reprinted essay” (Russell, B.,
1902-14). This religious aspect of prevailing tribal science appears to belong to the stratagems associated with the puppeteers controlling the minds of the deluded prisoners
within Plato’s ‘Allegory of the Cave’ presented in his ‘Republic’.
