MAQ Magazine n. 15 / November 2019

EDITORIAL

Dear friends and readers! The month of September saw us engaged in an exhibition-conference in Trezzo sull'Adda, in the historic Villa Visconti Crivelli, Hall of Mirrors. Our exhibition was organized during the events of the five hundredth anniversary of Leonardo da Vinci and for the occasion the city was visited by many tourists, many of whom participated in our exhibition. A great critical and public success! This issue of the magazine is dedicated to our event "A beautiful November, in Caltagirone", organized with our Russian partner Eurasian Art Union and with the Photographic Art Association Calatina Ghìràn - city of Caltagirone. This new partner has allowed us to expand our collaboration with photographers involved in street photographic research, to rediscover particular points of view, knowing how to capture the human element in its various specificities.

In the inside pages you will find all the information on art exhibitions, on the exhibition Mail Art that sees us engaged in an international collaboration with the schools of Argentina, Mexico, Caltagirone and with the educators of Cairo-Egypt. The theme of mail art is dedicated to peace in the world, as an antidote for human survival. Another important event is fashion, created in collaboration with the Caltagirone fashion school, where the undersigned and Natalia Morozova will present their MODENARO men's and women's collections, Russia and Italy design and totally Italian realization. With fashion they want to bring our cultural discourse of evolution of the cognitive system to other levels, much more demanding from many points of view, but it is a bet that we had to undertake. To note the interesting article by our friend and Honorary Member Grigory Ginzburg: he will talk to us about the Russian artist Katerina Meshcherinova, new member of MAQ and, analyzing his works, will draw a quantum picture of his art. Other points of interest are the videos of Natalia Morozova, the article by Katherine Doyle to be read all in one breath as it subjects to our attention a topical and extremely interesting topic; Ahmed Ghwiba, Rosario Calì ROCA and myself are the authors of their well-established columns; quantum poetry is always of great interest because it tells the moods of the authors in relation to the universe.
