I am determined to write this description of quantum. Our group IS this "quantum", any descriptions can only help us. We have only scratched the surface of the implications of what is visually possible. I believe we need more associations.

I have discovered I used the word quantum in 2012 while looking for possible words to describe my paintings. What I found on one old scribble page with writing going in all directions included a short list of descriptions that read organic cubism, 4th dimensional art, phenomenism, abstract realism, quantum art, non-objective realistic abstractions, symbiotic realism, random art, and believe me there are more. I will be typing today, I am slow at this.

This is all food for thought! The college teacher in me writes this. I am as progressive as I will be in my descriptions and make no apologies here, if you do not agree or connect to my words, that is why this is called a discussion site. I do know that everything starts small and grows from there.

I end by asking the question, what is the relationship between quantum and the fourth dimension. Do they ever meet?

==============================================

I am preparing to write about my struggle with inventing Phenomenism that covers 40 years of thought and experiments with painting. I will set out as a young man determined to give the world of painting something new. Something to keep the world of painting challenged and viable well into the future. A style that is unique to and can only be described by painting was my goal. Phenomenism is not the same as quantum but does share many similarities. It requires the same painterly skills as the classical artists. Anthony Ustazewski
