The Truth-Observable is the truth affirmed by an internal observer, who is consistent with the reversible evolution of the closed quantum system, avoid the so-called measurement problem, does not interferes with the computational state of quantum computer, and solves the problem of the observer of a quantum universe.In the theory of a quantum-computing mind, we believe that there exists a deepest unconscious state that cannot be known directly from outside. As a quantum computer is (due to quantum parallelism) much faster than its classical counterpart, the task done by the unconscious is fundamental to prepare our classical reasoning. An external observer can grasp only fragments of an inner, global truth. Only an internal observer would be able to achieve the global truth at once, as a whole, by making an internal measurement, as inside the closed quantum system, he can perform only reversible transformations, described by unitary operators U. Notice that in quantum computing, U is a quantum logic gate. Then, in this case, an internal measurement corresponds to a quantum computational process.
