A Gym with a difference

While researching an unrelated article, I came across a blog that caught my interest, GOOD EATS Healthy Kitchen. An extensive gym program complete with restaurant and healthy home delivery food packages. Nutrifort Director, Nicole Hankins has developed a long-awaited concept in Vietnam, a complete health program including tasty meals combatting the influx of“ fast food” outlets that so many of us fall trap to. Looking into their program further I was impressed with the array of services they are providing and the number of outlets they are currently operating. Many of us realise our lifestyle here as expats can become somewhat unhealthy – the abundance of bars with cheap beer, fast food, seeming endless supply of yummy treats etc … and we finally realise it’ s time to do something about it, so we sign up to a gym close by, with the best intentions of sticking to the program and usually after a short time of strenuous workouts the novelty wears off because we didn’ t quite do our homework before signing up and forgot that in keeping with the workouts we should have looked closer at what we were eating and maybe gone with a more professional approach to our exercise venture.
GOOD EATS healthy kitchen is an extension of NUTRIFORT‘ s fitness and wellness philosophy. We believe that simple changes in how you eat can help prevent many illnesses. But we do not want to deprive a healthy body of great flavors, just take popular trends in cuisine and pair them with healthy living. We serve healthy / weight loss meals to people on the run who don’ t have time to cook but care about what they eat. With an extensive background in nutrition, NUTRIFORT‘ s founder Nicole Hankins has prepared an easy and convenient set menu and snacks that can be delivered to your home or office daily or enjoy in our natural casual setting in the heart of Thao Dien. When eating food from GOOD EATS healthy kitchen you will learn what, how, and when to eat to keep your physical health in optimum condition. GOOD EATS also offer a complete corporate catering program.
I am definitely not a fitness junky and I really do like the occasional, okay frequent beverage with mates, however, over recent times more and more of our friends are going to the gym and trying to eat better( healthier) so I’ m tempted to see if this fitness stuff is really as good as it sounds.
I don’ t want to end up like this guy. Good Eats have special need diets for people suffering from gout, diabetes, thyroid problems, high blood pressure and the list goes on. Prices are very reasonable, ranging between 99,000 ₫ to 139,000 ₫ per meal and they have a range of snacks and dips plus a range of healthy drinks, most of which I have never heard of.
So, if you are considering a change in your diet and fitness routine perhaps check out their web site and give them a call.
