This yearly festival is held in the south province of Ba Ria – Vung Tau, just a short distance from Ho Chi Minh City. Over 80 Vietnamese kite artisans from 29 additional countries participate in this fun-filled festival. Thousands of colourful kites soar above the beaches of Vung Tau and are complemented by additional activities including kite making workshops, kite performances and kite competitions.
