Gầ Nấu Rau Củ Cay( Stewed Spicy Chicken with Vegetable)
Ingredients:
1,5kg chicken meat 2 carrots, 1 onion, 500g potatoes 3 tablespoons Korean Chili paste 4 tablespoons soy sauce 2 teaspoons sesame oil 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 teaspoon chopped garlic. Spring onion
Method:
1: Clean chicken well, chop into medium slices
2: Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, Korean chili paste, chili powder, minced garlic into bowl and stir well.
3: Place sliced chicken into bowl and mix with spices. Marinate for 1 – 2 hours.
4: Put chicken into pot, pour hot water over chicken until all the chicken is covered, cook over medium heat until it starts boiling, reduce heat and cook until chicken is nearly cooked
5: Add vegetables and cook until carrots are soft. 6: Serve with sliced spring onions and rice.
Wonton Dessert Stacks
Makes: 4 servings Bake: 6 mins to 8 mins Start to Finish: 20 mins
Ingredients:
8 wonton wrappers Sugar 1 / 2 cup sliced strawberries 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced 500ml yogurt of your choice 2 fresh strawberries, cut in half
Method:
1; Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Line a large baking sheet with foil; lightly coat with cooking spray. Place wontons flat on the baking sheet; lightly coat with additional cooking spray. Sprinkle lightly with sugar. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Remove from oven; cool slightly.
2: Meanwhile, in a medium bowl combine the 1 / 2 cup sliced strawberries and the kiwi fruit.
3: To assemble, place 1 baked wonton wrapper on each of 4 dessert plates. Top each with some of the yogurt. Divide the fruit mixture evenly among the stacks. Add another baked wonton. Top with remaining yogurt. Garnish each stack with a strawberry half.
