Your Strengths and Loving Yourself
When you find your strengths, you start to love yourself
Sometimes to build your self-confidence, you need to love yourself first. How to do that? Well one way is to recognize your strengths. We are all good at something that is your strength. When you build upon these you start to feel good about yourself, therefore loving yourself.
When I was at my low point, I knew I was a good cook. My ex never would let me cook, in fact he never ate with me, so this did so much harm to my self-confidence. Then I was single and having to go on with my life. To build my confidence back up, I baked 20 different cookies, it was Christmas after all, and I made cookie trays. Co-workers and friends were in love and nicked named me Betty Crocker. I was a cooking fool. People praised me for the things I would make and wanted my recipes. I was feeling good about myself, I was starting to come back and love myself, all by building upon my strength of cooking and baking.
I am constantly evolving, I been discovering other strengths, some I didn’t even know I had. As I do I like myself more and the more I love myself, more my confidence, my inner diva, emerge. So this issue is all about finding your strengths and loving yourself.
