My GBF

Anthony Salatino

Interview

I have known Anthony since I moved to Cleveland, he is like a brother to me and he helped me get through my divorce, in fact he was the first person I called, moments after my ex told me I had 2 weeks to move out. He has always been there for me, both him and his partner, Brad. Both do restaurant reviews with me as one my “Foodies” and when I asked about interviewing him, he was more than willing. He is one of my best supporters, especially with this magazine. So I am pleased to introduce you to my GBF, and let you see why he is a great friend and person.

You have a passion for make up, what products do you like :

I am not a label queen and the price does not matter Honey!!! I have found several products that are not name brand that I really prefer to use over the expensive ones. When it comes to concealers and foundations, I try to use a little bit of higher end products more just because of the quality in the finish and for the most part they tend to be healthier for the skin

healthier for the skin compared to cheap brands. Everything else; from lipsticks to eyeliners, from eye shadows to mascara, from blush to bronzers, use what looks and feels good on your skin. You can always use cheap makeup, but what every girl (or boy for that matter...!!!!) really needs is a good set of makeup brushes. These tools make a world of difference in application, both in finishing touches and in precision. God has granted us with our fingers, which can be really great makeup tools if you’re in a bind, but the right brush for the job, will make you have that flawless look you want.
