I Met The Goal, and Then Some
I saw the dietician on Thursday, and the result was I lost a total of 16lbs. The new goal we set was 6lbs in 6 weeks. The reason for the smaller goal is because, I had huge loss. 16lbs in 6 weeks is big, now I could get lazy and gain. By setting a smaller goal, it helps aim the weight loss to stay off. Many know the slower it comes off he less chance of it gaining back, that what we are doing.
I have had several coworkers ask for the diet. I have made photo copies of it and gave it out. Funny when we see a diet that someone is on and they are having a success with it, we all want to do it. We want that success. The trick is you have to want it, get in that mind frame like I am in now. For me it about losing weight for me. I am not being forced to do it, like was in the past, it strictly for me and me wanting to lose the weight, hats why I am having success with it.
Next week I am going on vacation, and going to Chicago. It is my first solo vacation. Over the last few months I have had so many life changes, all very positive. I am proud of me. That is also a good key to staying motivated in weight loss, be proud of yourself, even if I just 1 pound you lose. You did it; no one else could have done it, only you. So take pride in that fact.
