He pushed through crowds of people as he progressed his way to his destination. He passed by shadows of bread by the window, clothes, toys, and other things. The couples sitting on benches below Christmas trees made him feel fuzzy. Some were sharing snacks and drinks, others with photos, some just enjoying each other's company. He thought of his parents, that they were once young too and once sat under a crystal-lit tree too. He longed to spend his own Christmases with someone too when he grew older and found someone.
