The Marching Man

Myles Lesser

Mistakes fade in the folks lives.

The swift marching man keeps learning.

Although mistakes leave you churning,

the marching never stops until you are

done learning.

The swift marching man keeps learning.

New and interesting things he learns.

The marching will never stop until you

stop learning—

marching forever until the end of life.

Things can live in hope,

so the marching man lives in sadness

and despair.

Dreams turn to nightmares—

love to hate—

but he never forgets to march.
