ALDRIDGE OFFERS THE DRIVING EXPERIENCE AT LOCKEX

»»
PRIVATELY-OWNED AND FAMILY RUN business, Aldridge, kicked off Lockex with style, giving away a fantastic driving experience for a luxury Jaguar sports car.
The company also promoted a comprehensive range of new products at the show, including the new Chameleon range of PVCu Retro Fit products and, in particular, the NEW adaptable PRO door handle, a new CCTV range from Genie, EVVA AirKey and Xesar – electronic door opening system and its ultimate tools auto picks.
Aldridge also offered customers the chance to Go Pro with Chameleon, with a Go Pro Camera up for grabs for any entries over the weekend. The Winner of the GO PRO HERO Camera, was Brinnick Locksmiths of Milton Keynes!
The Chameleon PRO handle accommodates an adaptable backplate, which allows the handle to accept a wide range of screw hole centres, replacing a huge number of existing door handles. In addition,
the handle height can be adapted to house both inline and offset lock centres between 59-96mm, allowing easier installation of the handle. High quality and durability is key for the new handle and was shown at the show in four finishes; silver, polished silver, white and gold.
Aldridge also enticed Locksmiths on to its stand with the draw of a luxury Jaguar F type sports car, which sat in all its glory centre stage, for visitors to win the opportunity to experience a day of driving the vehicle. The lucky winner was APL Locksmiths.
Ainsley Hawkins, Managing Director, commented:“ We saw a record number of new accounts opened at the show. We always find that exhibitions are a great way to speak to our customers and, equally and more importantly, a great opportunity for them to speak to us!
“ We have recently taken huge steps in to the automotive sector, which we felt to be a natural progression for our business. With the already market leading range of key machines from Silca in our portfolio, and the recent introduction of advanced diagnostic machines, we saw the opportunity to further enhance our offering by adding even more automotive products, with over 200 + remotes added in the past 2 months and large investment in to our website and tech support with the new Automotive Product Selector.
“ The additional range allows our customers to get everything they need in one order. We found the reception of the new automotive range at the show to be very positive and the overall comments from visitors was just how easy it was to find a product for a specific vehicle,” adds Ainsley.
