Well, this is
my second
issue as Editor
for Locksmith
Journal and I’d
like to thank Victor
Southern of Lockdecoders for
not only contributing an editorial
piece to this issue, but also for
his acknowledgement of the
improvement in content in July/
Augusts’ edition of Locksmith and
to let you know, I will continue to
endeavour to find relevant and
interesting articles for our readers.
»»And on that note, I
would like to draw your
attention to a new featured
article, ‘Ask the Expert’,
within our Auto Locksmith
section. Supplied by one
of the industries more
renowned characters,
Martin Pink, the feature has
been created to give you
the readers an opportunity
to send in your questions
on any area of Auto
Locksmithing – read in this
first article how to overcome
machines which will not
decode certain VA2/VA6
keys. Future questions can
be sent to asktheexpert@
cvgroup.co.uk.
For those of you perhaps
finding your sales and
general enquires has
slumped over the summer
months, or are struggling to
know how to improve your
online advertising presence
- then help is at hand, and
we have a two page guide
to the service offered by
online advertising and
lead generators, Locksmith
Advertising. The company
offer a range of advertising
services only directed at
Locksmiths, take a look and
again, if you have a view
or would like to comment
on any content included in
the magazine, contact me:
[email protected].
And finally, this year’s
MLA show is upon us
and by the time you read
this, you would have
hopefully either attended
the show or actually be
standing in Telford visiting.
Clearview Group will be
exhibiting, and I look
forward to meeting both
our advertisers and readers
at the event. Look out
though; I’ll be looking for an
‘exclusive’ for next edition
from one of you!
See you there
