“Tony is constantly on the
road as it is obviously a very
large territory,” Howard
explains, “so we appointed
Rob to concentrate on our
customers across the North.
So far, it is working very well,
but of course, as an accountant
I say they could always do
better!”
“It wasn’t the ideal time to
launch a new business,” says
Howard, “but we felt that
with our backgrounds, we
could offer a good service
and continue to make our
own mark in the industry. We
have a strong customer base
which is increasing month on
month, as people get to know
us as individuals. It’s often a
question of building up trust.
“We enjoyed meeting people
at the MLA Expo this year.
We really had to be there
as it was the right place to
introduce more people to the
new business and to some of
our products. We exhibited
locksmith’s tools, cylinders
and instacode software.”

website is a work in progress,”
said Howard. “We are a small
team and our main priorities
are making sure we have the
right stock for our customers,
and delivering the service and
value they should expect.”
