Open from January 2021 , Safelock Systems ’ online store has dedicated pages for each safe lock . Detailed information is provided , along with instructions , certificates , and software links
Each summary page for electronic , mechanical , and key safe locks has a quick look overview of every available system .
Trade only
Safelock Systems is a trade only supplier , so the prices on the online store show the RRP . Trade customers can apply for a trade account , and once logged in , can see both the RRP and their discounted trade price .
Lock setup
Electronic safe locks are supplied ready to use out of the box . Setup , or programming , is normally to a standard specification which covers most requirements . Trade customers can request different specifications such as Dual Mode or Time Delay Override when ordering . There is no separate fee for lock programming .
The shop filters allow results to be narrowed by manufacturer , number of users , EN 1300 class , special features and lock body type . Shop categories are all organised by type :

• Mechanical combination safe locks
• Key locks
• STB Timelocks
Within each type , products are organised by manufacturer , and then by locks , keys , parts and accessories .
Each lock page in the online store has a quick selection process to specify bolt type and keypad required ( Or ‘ No keypad needed ’) The same options apply to mechanical combination locks and key locks .
Payment
Accounts are set up for card payment using Opayo ( Was SagePay ), with options for Visa , Mastercard and PayPal . Trade customers can apply for a credit account with payment terms of 30 days end of month if approved .
Stock
Stock levels are shown in the online store , with warnings if a back order is required . Most items are held in regular stock with frequent replenishment , and information can be provided for lead times on unavailable items .
Technical support
The new website and online store are additional channels to provide support to trade customers . Safelock Systems will continue to be available to provide technical support and take telephone or email orders , during business hours . They always welcome a chat and feedback !
