The Federal UCF Locking Cylinder

customer, Endurance is always looking for
ways to help increase the standard it offers
installers. With this in mind, the recent
feedback from their Preferred Installer
Network has led them to replace their
previous Secured By Design upgraded
locking cylinder with the Federal UCF
from Brisant.
This 3-Star Diamond design is
registered as a Secured by Design product,
having undergone a series of meticulous
tests to assess its crime prevention
properties. The Federal UCF locking
cylinder has a host of innovative features
that make it one of the most secure
locking cylinders available in the UK. A
hidden firing pin from within the core of
the Federal UCF secures the central cam
when under attack, stopping would be
intruders within their tracks. The Federal
UCF also features a sacrificial cut to
combat the threat of lock snapping as well
as being anti-pick, drill and bump.
With consistency in mind, Endurance
chose the Federal UCF locking cylinder
as it mirrored the standard of quality that
they are used to offering their customers.
The Endurance composite door, renowned
for its 48mm solid timber core, has
secured itself as the most solid and secure
door on the market. Now, with the Federal
UCF cylinder, this standard of structural
integrity just got even better.
