Manufacturing Hallmark ’ s fire door involves some impressive features : the Nan Ya 44mm GRP thermofaced slab , hard wood timber rails for added rigidity , and a Phenolic fire rated core , Winkhaus Eco frame , manufactured and guaranteed with 100 % nontoxic recycled materials , certified to not emit toxic gases when burning .
All of the Hallmark doors are fitted with a Winkhaus AV2 slam shut lock , which is not only fully tested in an FD situation , the company has also tested the door lock to PAS 24-2016 for police Secured by Design accreditations .
