Manufacturing Hallmark’ s fire door involves some impressive features: the Nan Ya 44mm GRP thermofaced slab, hard wood timber rails for added rigidity, and a Phenolic fire rated core, Winkhaus Eco frame, manufactured and guaranteed with 100 % nontoxic recycled materials, certified to not emit toxic gases when burning.
All of the Hallmark doors are fitted with a Winkhaus AV2 slam shut lock, which is not only fully tested in an FD situation, the company has also tested the door lock to PAS 24-2016 for police Secured by Design accreditations. All of the furniture fitted to the Hallmark FD door has not only been tested for Smoke and Fire BS476 but also for PAS 24-2016
security rating, and all of the furniture carries a CE mark and is compliant to TS007.
Hallmark offers two bespoke closer options, both tested independently on a fire door and tested for a PAS 24-2016 security rating.
The company only glazes its doors using either a 7mm or 11mm Pyrobelite glass unit, more expensive than a Georgian cast wire option provided on other supplier’ s composite fire doors.
