BURTON SAFES IS A SPECIALIST supplier of physical security solutions, including safes, strongrooms and security doors, covering the whole of the UK and also with representation in parts of Europe, the Middle East and East Africa. The company is set to launch a new product in the New Year.
The Burton Home Safe will be launched in January 2017. Independently attack tested and certified by ECBS to EN1143- 1 Grade 0, the new safe is approved by Secured by Design.
The safe is double walled and has a steel body filled with high performance concrete and special armourings. The security of the three way locking bolts, and special drill resistance of the lock and boltwork, is further enhanced by a high security electronic pin code lock. Height adjustable shelving and back and base fixing allow for ease and versatility of installation.
A privately owned business; Burton Safes was founded in 1990 in Kirkburton, near Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. The business began from humble origins, supplying safes to churches from the owner’ s garage. Gradually the range of products grew as the company began to supply locksmiths and later online dealers, with safes for the growing UK domestic market. In 1999 the company re-located to Brockholes where it now occupies about 1000 m2 of warehouse and office space.
Between 2004-2011 the company began to supply more commercial customers by adding high security eurograde safes and strongrooms to its portfolio. Since 2011 the company expanded into the wider physical security market, adding security doors, security screens / counters, access control and bullet resistant products to the range. At this time Burton Safes became more involved in the supply and installation of larger projects and expanded its customer base into parts of Europe, the Middle East and East Africa.
Burton Safes are now proud to offer the largest range of secure storage solutions. The range includes eurograde safes, fire and data safes, deposit safes, key safes, free standing safes, cupboard and furniture safes, luxury watch and jewellery safes, hotel room safes, gun cabinets, underfloor safes, wall safes, medical cabinets, security cabinets, safe deposit boxes, cash handling solutions, strongrooms / vaults and strongroom / vault doors, access control systems, ATM security solutions, security doors, bullet resistant doors, bullet resistant walls, security counters, security screens and post boxes. The company can also custom make safes and physical security solutions to a customer’ s requirements.
