Do you use Google AdWords as a primary method of driving targeted leads to your locksmith business? If so, it’s highly likely you’ve heard the term ‘click fraud’ and may have even been unlucky enough to experience what it can do to your advertising campaign. Click fraud is a type of fraud that occurs on the Internet in pay-per-click (PPC) online advertising when a person, automated script or computer programme imitates a legitimate user of a web browser clicking on an ad, for the purpose of generating a charge per click without having actual interest in the target of the ad’s link.
