eventNEWS SPONSORED BY DAVENPORT BURGESS EXCLUSIVE DEMOS AT ALEX SHOW Storms and extensive roadworks over the last weekend in October did not deter visitors to this year’s ALEX show, where two of the industry’s leading experts - Martin Pink and Richard Breslin - showed a newly-developed range of 2 in 1 tools shortly due for release as soon as final testing is completed - to include new 2in1 for Mercedes, Honda and Saab. There was understandably much interest in this sneak preview and demo on what is coming soon. They also featured Fiat tools to coincide with the release of Fiat programming software by KAP – the event’s sponsors - also useful to those making the jump to Fiat. These tools were available on the day from several exhibitors at the event including KAP, Hickleys, NW keys and the 3D group. Hickleys also released their own Fiat solution via Zedfull, and Advanced Diagnostics has its own solution for Fiat, creating a usefully themed and popular demo. ‘2 in 1 tools shortly due for release as soon as final testing is completed’ The organisers report that the demo area was fully used and the CCTV action under bonnet and dash proved as popular as always.
