INDUSTRYNEWS SPONSORED BY SECURIKEY new and thrilling changes are ahead for apecs As the end of the year draws near, the Apecs team is excited not just about the approaching Christmas season, but mainly about the plans for next year. Lots of new and thrilling changes are coming and we hope that these will bring a pleasant surprise for both our existing and potential customers. Apecs is in the process of designing a range of lever locks specifically aimed at the UK market which will appeal to locksmiths as it will reduce the stock levels required in order to satisfy their customer’s needs. In addition to this we are also extending our range of cylinder locks to incorporate the types of cylinders that are used in the UK. In 2014, Apecs is planning to invest heavily in the development of our laboratory in Shanghai. Even though the Apecs laboratory already has in place all the necessary equipment for testing and our staff is well trained to use it, we feel that the need to constantly update the equipment and knowledge of our employees is essential, therefore one of the best of the UK’s specialists will be travelling to China to spend time at our laboratory. Besides the new product developments and expansion of our laboratory, the Apecs Group took a very hard and drastic decision to rebrand, so in the New Year Apecs will be introducing its new logo along with brand new packaging and marketing materials. So please do keep an eye out. ‘it has been a fantastic year for the Apecs UK team’ Overall, it has been a fantastic year for the Apecs UK team, we had the pleasure of meeting a lot of new specialists of our industry and we hope that we managed to raise a significant amount of interest and that our fabulous products will have a room in this crowded yet truly British market.
