Vehicle info : 2013 Porsche Panamera
How to identify fault / outline situation : There is no fault at hand with the vehicle or any of the existing keys , but as the vehicle doesn ’ t support an OBD connection the BCM will have to be removed from the car .
Equipment being used : for this job you will need an ACDP Basic module which will connect to a PC via USB and to a compatible ACDP Module , the ACDP Module which is required for this job is a Module 10 which is designed to program new keys directly to Porsche BCMs without soldering . The remote required for this job is a Porsche 3 Button Slot-in- Dash Remote Key ( AUTRK0109 ). All of these products can be purchased from www . autowave . co . uk .

Once all trim panels have been removed the BCM can slide out of the plastic casing which is holding it in place , by pressing a release button on the back and sliding the BCM towards the front of the vehicle . After the BCM is release from its case , the cables attached to the BCM can be removed and the BCM can be taken inside for the next step .
5 . Install the T2 clamp to the Godzilla and adjust clamp to position B . From here the original Blade can be clamped into place , follow the diagram on the display to see how the key needs to be clamped .
2 . Locate BCM , remove kick panel on the driver ’ s side using a trim tool , once removed , remove the plastic panel under the dash and above the foot pedals with a screwdriver , this will expose the heater fent that can also be removed using a screwdriver .
4 . Before programming the key , it is important to cut the emergency blade . The CGDI Godzilla is perfect for this job and is very easy to use . Once the machine has been turned on , select ‘ vehicle database ’ and select the make and model of the vehicle , now pick the blade that needs to be cut ( in this case the blade is a HU66 ).
6 . Once the key is loaded correctly onto the clamp press learning on the display and allow time for the machine to read the cuts on the blade .
7 . Once complete , remove the original key for the clamp and insert the new uncut blade to the clamp in the same fashion as the original key .
