Westminster Chelsea Barracks enlists Aspex

will supply doorsets to Chelsea Barracks,
a luxurious residential development in
Westminster.
Aspex will be supplying Novista Riser
Timber Doorsets to the £3 billion range of
townhouses and penthouses. The Novista
Riser, with a timber door leaf, has been
developed to help blend access and riser
doors into the adjoining wall so that they
are virtually invisible with no architrave,
and concealed door frame.
The Novista Riser Timber has a solid
timber core, and has been tested to both
FD30 and FD60 fire safety standards and is
acoustic rated to 35dB. The door leaves are
hung on concealed hinges that are three-
way adjustable, which helps to ensure that
there is a consistent gap around the door.
They can be locked with either a square or
security key.
