Total Product Sales becomes Lockey Digital UK Ltd

Ltd was established in 1982
by John Fenton with the
introduction of the Lockey
Digital, a product invented &
manufactured in Japan, the
‘original’ door lock of its kind,
and a product that was set
to follow closely in the steps
of the well-known brands,
Unican & Simplex mechanical
push button door locks.
John’s experience and
aptitude for knowing a good
thing when he saw it led him
to Japan where he met the
inventors of the Lockey Digital,
then a new product just going
into production. Within days
he had secured the UK sole
agency for Lockey, still a
household name for quality
and reliability.
The Lockey influence led
Total Product Sales to expand
on the idea of keyless &
wireless locking systems and
operating devices. This took
John to South Africa where
he met the manufacturers of
Sentry & Digiteq remote control
transmitters and receivers,
and again secured another UK
agency for Total Product Sales.
This year, after three
decades as exclusive
importers of Lockey Digital
door locks, it was decided
the time was right to refresh
the brand that has gained
international recognition for
uncompromising quality. So
Total Product Sales is now
Lockey Digital UK Ltd, with a
new registered trade mark, new
website and new packaging.
The brand re-fresh will not
happen overnight. There will
be a transitional period so
everyone can all get used to
the new look.
In the UK the products
are distributed through
outlets specialising in the
distribution of lock hardware,
security systems, architectural
ironmongery, DIY and
electrical products.
Quality continues to be in
the forefront of both products
and customer service and
support which guarantees
to provide advice, after-sales
service; products are ex-stock
(excluding specials) and
delivery within 24/48 hours.
Lockey Digital will exhibit at
Lockex in Coventry in 2016 and
at MLA Expo 2015, Telford.
