SSAIB celebrates 20th anniversary at IFSEC
SSAIB, the UK’s leading certification
body – which celebrates its 20th
anniversary in 2014 – will be returning
to IFSEC at its new London ExCeL home
on stand F1375 for this year’s show,
from 17-19 June.
The number of SSAIB-registered firms
now stands at a record 1500+ and includes
companies providing electronic security,
intruder alarms, manned protection, fire
detection systems, as well as new services
such as telecare monitoring systems for
the social alarms sector. Throughout
IFSEC, representatives including SSAIB’s
new Compliance and Scheme Manager,
Malcolm Craighead, and Stephen Grieve,
SSAIB’s Manned Services Scheme
Manager, will be available to answer
queries and discuss specific issues that
concern registered firms.
Meanwhile, Technical and Operations
Manager Dave Profit, Chief Executive
Geoff Tate and other staff including
Sales and Marketing Manager Andrew
Brown will be on-hand to explain the

providing assessors to mark candidates,

help ensure that the 2014 challenge is
