Mile House as the new headquarters
of DSR Tax Claims Ltd and restore
it to its former glory enters its final
week before the official opening by
the Mayor of Gedling on Friday 22nd
November 2019. In order to return the
building to its prime, Managing Director
David Redfern has carefully chosen the
best suppliers and contractors from
Nottinghamshire and the wider East
Midlands region in order to ensure
that the renovation is carried out to the
highest specifications.
With DSR Tax Claims Ltd providing
specialist tax preparation services
to customers nationwide, issues
surrounding site security and access
have been of the utmost importance as
part of the restoration process. Redfern
explained “Due to the confidential nature
of our business in terms of handling the
financial information of our customers,
it is vitally important that Seven Mile
House is fully protected in terms of
access control, fire protection, CCTV
and intruder alarms. Our clients trust us

security so we needed the services of

As a key part of the Seven Mile House
refurbishment team, Tecserv UK Ltd were
tasked with looking after the security
and safety of the building. The company

Fire and security specialists
Tecserv UK, based in Underwood,
Nottinghamshire were appointed to
supply and install security systems for
Seven Mile House. The project was
managed by System Sales Engineers
Liam Clifford and Anthony Fragola.

time. Seven Mile House now is protected

includes a Paxton biometric fingerprint
access control system, a Hikvision high
definition CCTV surveillance system and
a Castle intruder alarm system.” Redfern
