BOOSTS CHARITY FUNDS
The Train Locksmith College has raised £120 for the Alzheimer’s
and Dementia charity thanks to its latest lock-picking challenge.
The contestants have to open
all pin type cylinders held
within seven doors in the
fastest time using only the
basic manual lock pick set.
The fastest time wins the
prize.
Locksmiths trained at the
Manchester-based College
joined in the charity challenge
and the best three times were:
1st Place= 1 Min 35 Secs (Liam
Peters)
2nd Place = 2 Min 6 Secs
(Robert Holland)
3rd Place = 2 Min 8 Secs
(David Edwards)
Now a new fundraising
challenge begins – which is to
pick & open 8 Doors (7 pin type
& 1 lever type) within the fastest
time using only manual type

challenge and the College’s
