» AFTER MANY YEARS OF trading as a mobile locksmith I am retiring . So , I am selling my stock and the locksmith tools that I have accumulated over the years including :
Tools such as master key sets , picking tools , multi tools , decoder kits , bypass wires , door spreaders / openers , lock cutters , files , snappers and extractors . ( Note the locksmith tools have been priced taking into account that they have been used and in most cases have been discounted by 50 % of current replacement cost ).
UPVC repair stock such as packers , sash jammers , security clips , patio wheels , friction stays , door handles and fittings . Most doors are upvc these days and you will inevitably get asked to fix windows when you are sorting upvc door locks . So , it is an ideal way to earn some extra money .

Door furniture from UAP , SKS , HOPPE , Securit , EURO .
Bump keys ; cut from correct blanks for make of lock . In most cases cut at medium hight but for some low , medium and high peaks .
And of course , locks
– padlocks , commercial door locks , mortice locks ( British standard and non-British standard ), rimlocks , cylinders , shutter locks , multipoint lock cases / gearboxes , electronic locks .
Also a number of lock identification manuals which are essential for a working locksmith to help you identify the lock you are trying to pick or open so you choose the correct methods and tools . Some of these are published guides and some are guides that I have personally made from years of experience and are unique .
There is also a full training course guide which you get when you do the Master Locksmith Association five-day beginners course . This course currently costs £ 1600 and you have the full coursework material included here free .

Obviously , this doesn ’ t matter if you are a mobile locksmith as you are only selling what you fit , and the tools and lock picking equipment have obviously been used but are still in very good condition and full working order .
I am only asking £ 5,000 for the lot . All you need to add is a van and you have a mobile locksmith business ready to go for only £ 5,000 ! Even if you only did four jobs a week
and earned £ 50 a job ( which would be a rock bottom rate ) you would pay back your original investment in less than six months . In reality , you are more likely to earn nearer £ 100 a job once you sell stock as well as your labour . You won ’ t find an opportunity to start a new business with real earning power this cheap anywhere else .
Please note that I am selling the business as a job lot . It is a fixed price not open to negotiation and I will not sell off individual items .
