» ASSOCIATION FOR COMPOSITE Door Manufacturers chooses FDM as official partner
Fire Door Maintenance ( FDM ) is delighted to announce that the Association for Composite Door Manufacturers ( ACDM ) has unanimously voted for FDM to be its training partner . The decision was made at ACDM ’ s recent AGM , and members will now form a training steering group to assist with future course materials to be released later this year .

“ It is important for inspectors , installers and maintainers to learn more about composite doors to keep them up to manufacturing and test standards when in the field .
“ As part of the syllabus , we show test videos to show composite doors burning under test conditions and we explore
test evidence and fields of application in relation to past and present legislation .
“ Training is centred around the legislation , composition , components and manufacturing of composite doors to give the learners increased knowledge .”
