We have reviewed those arrangements in the light of the after-sales technical and spares facilities and saw that end-users would benefit greatly if they had one , the original source , to assist them . Quite simply we had lost touch with many users and only knew of them when there was a desperate cry for help .
At our main offices we keep a huge inventory of spares and consumables such as cutters and decoders and we also provide after-sales technical and repair support which attracts many compliments .
In short , we have terminated all UK and Ireland sub-distributorships and in consequence find us able to reduce machine prices considerably - up to £ 700 on some units .
It is worth noting that there is an ever-increasing trend for manufacturers to require annual paid subscriptions to software updates . Lockdecoders and our factory in South Korea are dead set against this and will continue to provide all technical updates on a regular basis and entirely free ! All the more reason for customers who bought through a subdistributor to make direct contact so that we can advise them of updates .
